We believe that counselling is most effective when it meets you where you are. We work within your strengths and beliefs to help you determine what you would like to get from the counselling experience, and how long to continue. Our perspective is that you are the expert on your life, and our role is to facilitate self-discovery and create new skills and patterns. Our counselling approach allows for a thorough examination of our life strategies. Through examining choices we have made and exploring at the impact of past experiences, we can discover the areas of our lives that are in need of closure or realignment. The goal is to see the areas of life in which our past is interfering with our present, not allowing our intended life and potential to be fulfilled.
